Shipping:

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-7 working days. Should the item not be in stock, we will email you within 48 hours. Generally, we shipped via Cyprus Post Air Mail, delivery time is 15 -39 days and takes 7-12 days expedited option. Sometimes delivery would be longer due to bad weather and customs clearance thus please wait patiently. When you do not receive your order on time, please contact us and we can help you track it.

Payments:

We offer payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Customs and Duty:

International orders may be subjected to local tax and charges. Any custom or import duties must be paid by the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country, hence, please contact your local custom office for more information before your purchase. We will not be liable for any additional or custom charges on your order and we shall not refund any parcel that is abandoned as a result of non-payment for any such charges.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. We do not take responsibility for parcels that are stolen, lost or delayed via the courier or mail service.

Return, repair and replacement policy:

We aim to provide you with an excellent shopping experience every time you visit our website. If, for any reason, you've had a change of heart or no longer wish to keep your order, you have the option to return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the items must meet specific conditions. They should be in their original condition, which means they should be unworn, unwashed, and the original tag must still be attached. If your purchase includes a set or gift box, all items within the set must be returned in their unopened condition to be eligible for the return process.

In all cases, please make sure to return the products with appropriate packaging, unused, and in their original undamaged packaging, along with the delivery note. Kindly let us know the reason for the return, provide your order number, and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product, excluding any shipping costs. Please ensure that the items adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange procedure. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.


For our exclusive bracelets:

All our beaded bracelets come in a standard size of 17 to 18 cm. If you prefer a custom size, kindly leave a note with your order or email us at infos@goodvibestrove.com.

For resizing requests, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to arrange it for you. The resizing service, which includes extra beads, incurs a charge of €3.00 EUR, in addition to standard shipping costs.

Our crystal bracelets are handmade according to the wrist size provided with each order. We urge customers to ensure they specify the correct wrist size during the ordering process. In the event that a bracelet you ordered turns out to be too large or too small, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can make arrangements to recreate the bracelet to the correct wrist size, but please note that there will be a charge to cover the time and effort required for this adjustment, as well as the return shipping costs.

In the unfortunate event of receiving a product in a faulty or damaged condition, we offer repair or replacement services . Faulty or damaged conditions refer to any crystal bead or hardware charm that is cracked or damaged. In such cases, we offer repair or replacement services, subject to the availability of stock. If the product is discontinued, we will gladly provide a similar item of equal value as a replacement.

To ensure the safe return of your items, we recommend sending them in a box or bubble-padded envelope. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for damaged products that arrive at our facility.

In case of a faulty or damaged product, kindly email us with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the package. If necessary, you may also send the product back to us for repair, but please note that any packing, postage, or insurance charges for sending the parcel to us or back to you will not be covered by us.

We value your satisfaction and will make every effort to assist you with any concerns or inquiries you may have.


For other products:

Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods should be reported to us. Once we have been made aware of the problem, we will issue you instructions on how to proceed. If you are advised to return a faulty or defective product to us and upon receipt of the parcel, product costs will be fully refunded, including the return postage costs (where applicable). Please note when making a return in this instance, we will refund your return costs up to a standard registered parcel. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.

Kindly email us with proof of purchase together with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours upon receipt of the item. We do not cover any packing, postage or insurance charges for your parcel sent to us or back to you by mail.

Items for repair must be shipped back to us within 7 days from delivery. Your return parcel for repair may take 14 to 30 days to reach our address. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your parcel along with a tracking number as we are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit.
